9:45 AM – This is the earliest you can come by with your rust bucket for the contests. We may still be setting up some things.
10 AM – 6 PM – Event is underway! Horseshoes, giant Connect 4, playground play and other games are all free!
11 AM – 4:30 PM – You can ride the mechanical bull for $5/ride to practice up before the competition, which will take place before supper!
11:30 AM – 5:30 PM – Concession open with pizza available by the slice
11:30 AM – Live music starts with Joe Nolan!
12 PM – 6 PM – Bouncy Castle open!
1:00 PM – Second musician goes on – Travis Dolter!
1 PM – Horseshoes and other games are set up to play
1 PM – Beer gardens open.
1 PM – Drop off pies for the pie contest by this time.
1 PM – 5 PM – Live music near the beer gardens
3:00 PM – More live music from Carrie Day and Toby Tellier
3:30 PM – approximate time we bring the cow in for Cow Patty Bingo!
4:00 PM – last chance to arrive and enter your rusty vehicle in the contests.
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM – Mechanical bull riding competition
5:30 PM – Announce Rustiest vehicle winners.
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM – Perogy Supper
During dinner – silent auction and pie auction! 😀
