MAIN HALL REFRESH
Full Scope Of Project Estimated at: $32,000
PHASE 1
PROJECT HAS STARTED

Goal: modernize and refresh the hall’s main area

Highlights include (multiple phases):

  • Updating carpet walls with reframed MDF walls and trim with commercial coating

  • Refreshing rib insets with flex board and paint with added trims

  • Brightening end walls

  • Updating lighting

  • Installing permanent hooks for renter lighting (goodbye nails in the walls!)

  • Painting and door updates throughout

  • Replacing hall flooring with high endurance commercial vinyl plank

  • Stage improvements (including potential front access steps and lowering height – wishlist item)

  • Pantry and concession rework to allow for better rental flexibility

  • Projector and PA system upgrades

  • Bathrooms to be addressed in a future phase

Baseball Diamond

BALL DIAMOND REVITALIZATION
Full Scope Of Project Estimated at: $20,000
PROJECT STARTED SPRING 2026

Goal: Generate additional revenue, create a facility usable to local leagues, and build for generations to come.

Highlights include:

  • Dig up existing underlying sediment in infield

  • Replacing with brand new shale

  • Regrading

  • Weed control and outfield improvements

  • Create a usable/rentable field to-code/scale for local league tournaments and practices

  • Building team dugouts

  • Addressing parking layout and separation of multi-event bookings

  • Outhouse updates

PROGRESS UPDATE

We are excited to see some groundwork being set on the baseball diamond resurfacing project! We have unearthed some good shale that was hidden by overgrowth and we are working on filling the outfield where low spots were. This rain has put a bit of a damper on our timeline during all of this, but once it’s safe to do so, we are undergoing seeding, weed control. and bringing in the remaining shale needed before packing it all and prepping it for play.

We are currently seeking sponsors for our dugouts, or the entirety of the field to financially bring this project to completion with possibility of joint naming rights!
