MAIN HALL REFRESH

PROJECT HAS STARTED

Goal: modernize and refresh the hall’s main area

Highlights include:

  • Updating carpet walls with reframed MDF walls and trim with commercial coating

  • Refreshing rib insets with flex board and paint with added trims

  • Brightening end walls

  • Updating lighting

  • Installing permanent hooks for renter lighting (goodbye nails in the walls!)

  • Painting and door updates throughout

  • Replacing hall flooring with high endurance commercial vinyl plank

  • Stage improvements (including potential front access steps and lowering height – wishlist item)

  • Pantry and concession rework to allow for better rental flexibility

  • Projector and PA system upgrades

  • Bathrooms to be addressed in a future phase

Goal: Generate additional revenue, create a facility usable to local leagues, and build for generations to come.

Highlights include:

  • Dig up existing underlying sediment in infield

  • Replacing with brand new shale

  • Regrading

  • Weed control and outfield improvements

  • Create a usable/rentable field to-code/scale for local league tournaments and practices

  • Building team dugouts

  • Addressing parking layout and separation of multi-event bookings

  • Outhouse updates
