In 2020, we built a new playground!
We fundraised in 2018-2019 and purchased the playground from Canadian Rec Solutions. We had several work bees to remove the old playground and get the site prepared, and once the playground was installed (by the professionals!) we had more work bees to lay out the swamp cloth and spread the sand around.
Then we had to install timbers around the border. It was no easy task!
The merry-go-round you see in the background of the photo above is handicap-accessible (although you would have to be able to carry the child to it)!

To get to the playground, follow the gravel road beside the baseball diamond. There are a couple of spots there to park near it.
