Our current prices for non-member rentals are:
Full-use rental, first day: $600
Full-use rental, additional days: $300 for each day
Damage deposit: $660
Non-refundable holding fee (subtracted off total due): $250
Baseball diamond and grounds: $165 (Please contact us if you are in a league to discuss discounts for multiple dates.)
Damage deposit for baseball diamonds and grounds: $165
One-hour rental (for yoga classes, for example): $27.50
Meeting rate (5 hours max, renter cleans up afterwards): $137.50
Meeting Rate Add-on: Add $50 for use of the kitchen
Funeral/Celebration of Life: $200 (up to 12 hours of rental time; includes 2 coffee makers; renter must clean up after)
The following dates will have a 20% surcharge applied: Dec 24, Dec 25, Dec 26, Dec 31, Jan 1, Easter Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday.
Please note that our prices went up effective February 13, 2024 but no changes will apply to Rental Agreements that have been completed before that date. In other words, the old rates apply if you had completed your booking on or before Feb 13.
If you are a member, please contact us for rates and additional rental options, such as wedding and baby showers, and please note that there is no charge for funerals, wedding showers or baby showers booked by/for members (read more about membership here).
